Mentors have the opportunity to share their knowledge with Mentees, who benefit by gaining insight from someone with years of experience in their particular field. Ultimately, mentoring allows real, meaningful connections to be made, and gives Mentors and Mentees the opportunity to share resources and experience, and work together to achieve professional and personal goals.
Follow these easy steps to enroll as a mentor:
STEP 1: COMPLETE YOUR PROFILE
Complete your community profile. Make sure your contact information is up to date, add a recent professional profile picture, expand on your bio and import your education and job history information from LinkedIn. Having a complete and accurate profile is crucial to the success of selection and matching. Profile complete? Return back to this page and move on to step 2.
STEP 2: ENROLL
Make selections for each of the program demographics to set your preferences. Demographics include: topics, venue, specialties, career stage and start/end date. Please not that some fields are required for enrollment. The more information you provide, the easier it will be to make the best match.
